安森美收購奧拉半導體Vcore電源技術以強化其在AI數據中心領域的領先地位

台北訊 – 2025年9月 24日 — 安森美（onsemi，美國納斯達克股票代號：ON）宣佈已與奧拉半導體（Aura Semiconductor）達成協議，收購其Vcore電源技術及相關智慧財產權（IP）許可。此項戰略交易將增強安森美的電源管理產品群組與路線圖，加速實現公司在人工智慧（AI）數據中心應用中，覆蓋從電網到核心的完整電源系統的願景。
